In the case of the captivity of Dimitris Hadjivasiliadis, for a misdemeanor for gun possession is turned into a felony based on the terrorlaw.
The vengeful mania of the persecutory mechanisms is expressed also with the provocative delay of the ballistics examination (it still has not appeared, months after his arrest!) the result of which could help his release.
We have no illusions of justice and its blind judgment. The state and its officers, on one side save the more lenient sentences for the representatives of capital and their lackeys, and on the other hand spend their strictness on those who resist their authority, especially in times of intense social social unrest such as these times.
