The skilled and vengeful zeal of the governmental repression only achieves the public consent of sovereignty, mainly of the persecutory mechanisms and their political patrons, that opposite them exists a consistent, intolerant and in the end considerable opponent: the internal anti-regime enemy, which with its permanent mobility incarnates the liberating argument and places on the table the prospect of anti-state revolutionary transformations-even as a distant possibility, as well as, primarily, the tangible reality of minority individual consciences of rupture with the dominating imposition.
